Requests for photography appointments should be submitted via email to ktb@ktb.media or on the website form with as much detail as possible. Such details must include what style of imagery is desired, where the images intend to be used, how long you intend to use the images for. KTB MEDIA will reply back within 24-48 hours to verify the booking. Next day orders are difficult to schedule, cannot be guaranteed and are subject to an additional charge. Once both parties have acknowledged the date and time of the appointment and a deposit has been made, then the appointment will be officially confirmed.
KTB MEDIA will make their best effort of interpreting your requests using the equipment and location available. KTB MEDIA is not expected to maintain styling, ironing and hair, makeup if an artist/stylist is absent.
Once the images have been made, KTB MEDIA will perform digital retouching and deliver to you within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise specified. Delivery is via KTB MEDIA’s choice of online shareable link (most commonly Google Drive) to the email address(es) you have supplied/emailed previously. All images will meet a minimum web resolution of 1080px wide or high (depending on the orientation), usable for digital purposes, and high resolution of 5000px wide + for print usage.
By making a purchase, you will be automatically added to my mailing list. I will send you one monthly email with updates, promotions, and other relevant information. You may opt-out of the mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. I value your privacy and will never share your information with third parties without your consent.
Private Bookings
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours of a booked appointment will not be refunded their deposit. Arriving late beyond 30 minutes to an appointment will be considered a cancellation, and will be billed at the full rate of the shoot. Every effort will be made to accommodate a re-scheduling.
Photoshoot Events
If cancellation is required, your payment will be considered credit and can be used toward the next photoshoot event produced by KTB MEDIA. In some circumstances, credit can be used toward a private booking with KTB MEDIA.
In the event of inclement weather preventing photography, a new date will be scheduled at the earliest available time.
Ownership of the images remains with KTB MEDIA automatically as stated under Australian Copyright Law.
All final images produced and paid for by the Client may be used by the Client for any and all marketing materials associated with themselves. Upon payment in full of the invoice, KTB MEDIA will deliver final products and this assumes an approved licence to the Client to use the images in the way both parties have discussed. If the Client wishes to use the image(s) outside of the discussed usage, please email ktb@ktb.media.
License is granted only to the Client, and not to any third party without permission from KTB MEDIA. If a third party wishes to purchase an additional licence for the images the original Client licensed, KTB MEDIA will endeavour to ask for the original Clients permission out of courtesy for privacy purposes.
Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to, producers, marketing assistants, venues and event holders, artists, graphic designers, outside of the licence usage is strictly prohibited unless approved & purchased by KTB MEDIA.
The Client is prohibited to, including but not limited to, altering the colour grade and tone, applying filters, manipulating or distorting the high resolution or web-sized image without permission. However, images used by a third party to create a poster or graphic to promote something the Client is involved in, are welcome to fit them to particularly styled graphic design for poster purposes or branding. No editing should destroy the quality or apply additional retouching.
The client understands KTB MEDIA will correctly attribute the creatives involved in producing the copyright material.
The Client understands KTB has the right to be attributed as creator of the photos or take action if the photography is falsely attributed.
The Client should use and should share professional accreditation to any permitted third party who will be utilising the image:
